The hyperlinks won't work since we're not done yet.

actually I'm going to rejoin because i might be able to acquire a server to host this on.
Try not to blow up your moms computer again.

You have two <title> strings. I barely know any HTML and I can tell you that's awful coding.

What kind of fail html editor are you using o.O

It was alright at first, it must of compiled wrong.

Qnd yes it may not be the best righ now, but atleast it's  a start.

Html is hardly coding at all... Don't assume he can't code because he doesn't know html. I'm not saying he is good at coding, but don't start assuming he can't code because he doesn't know html.

This, I am best at torquescript, never really touched html before...

I never said anywhere he can't code, I'm saying it's awfully coded.

Tetronaught.
Get rid of all but one of the following elements:
Code: [Select]
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
I don't know what loving hellspawn of a loving stuff wysiwyg editor you used, but if it makes over a kilobyte of spare bullstuff in html you need to get a better one.

You can't get rid of any of these, as they are for some loving reason used for formatting:
Code: [Select]
&nbsp;
<p>

He either used Microsoft Word's HTML Exporter or a shared hosting's file editor, because that is definitely generated.

What do you mean compile? It's HTML isn't it?
