Civ : IV Complete edition, please.

Why should I get the game? Well, i've never played or owned a Civ IV game, i'd surely play it with you (EDIT : and my other friends, forgot to add that in lol). This game seems pretty fun and it's been on my wishlist for my steam account (which I gave to my brother) since forever. I don't really have any other reasons apart from that. so yeah. Could I please have Civ III? I enjoy games from a top down (ish) perspective, and again, I think I'd enjoy management games such as this. I also like things from older time periods. I don't have a large game collection because my parents don't particularly like me spending my money on video games, and getting this would make me very happy.
