This show seems to run off a formula of people getting sick/hurt, then a small group going out for supplies. Then some how the zombies get alerted and then get into a fire fight, and some how a ninja zombie manages to sneak by and bite an extra. Then they make out alive and the group fights over whose fault it was over the death of the extra.
