after you enter it it goes into a database and even if it is a secure database somebody has access to it

The 4th amendment prevents unreasonable searches and seizures.
So basically the NSA is powerless.
Searching = Spying on our internet to see if we break any laws. It's unreasonable and violates this amendment.

they record it. if you're a suspect of something illegal, then they will search what they recorded. but not until then
