Don't think you two know what "against mass surveillance" means in this context.

Need I remind you there is a world outside the internet?

I don't like being spied on but i feel like this is useless and really making things worse in the long run.

I do find it a bit strange that every part of our day is monitored and stored in a big black building in ohio.

And it's sort of criminalizing the public.

I don't approve.

haha im canadian bit-

its a bit strange, but in a world where anything can happen and technology has evolved to the point where every thing SHOULD be monitored, i think that its okay.

And it's sort of criminalizing the public.

how is it criminalizing the public? they're just leafing through the public trying to find the one problem user or the few problem people. its no issue to me at least.

i mean i don't enjoy some guy named rob watching me watch research and stuff, but you know. i don't really have anything to hide.

this, even though i don't watch research.

as long as you aren't doing some illegal stuff on the internet like learning how to make a pipe bomb or trying to sell/buy child research, you won't really have to worry.

if you didnt do anything wrong you shouldnt worry about the nsa knocking at your door.

wait what

The [this] protest is facilitated on the internet but its not just for the internet's privacy.

The excuse of,"oh if you're not doing something wrong yo shouldn't be worried!" is old and tired as hell. It's invalid, people have a right to privacy.

people have a right to privacy but I'm p sure that they only investigate people using keywords (such as: bomb, gun, muslim, etc)

note to handicaps: they don't violate your privacy unless you're suspected of something
