All I see is a bunch of kids passing off their stuff claims about groups not existing as "opinions" that go against established psychological/sociological findings made by experts and shown in many reliable sources.
The human body is nothing but a balance of chemicals. Why is it illogical to assume that one of these chemicals (specifically hormones) could go wrong, and someone could grow different mentally than they did physically?
Honestly though I think 50 is in that range of "too specific and too general" if that makes sense.
Like, everything in that list of 50 (I'm assuming, I haven't actually seen the list) could probably be grouped up into categories of very similiar things. But when you split it more, people will want it split even
