Are you loving kidding? he spent probably most of his day just moderating and keeping the forum clean of ignoramus users, he definately devoted a lot of time into keeping the place clean, and it was good because he lives in the United Kingdom and cancels out Badspot and Rotondo's timezone so that there's an offset. Things were fine, I doubt anything huge will change but he's a good moderator. It's your opinion though, care to elaborate on why?
he's likely referring to ephi's very brash attitude towards users
he's not really sugar and spice, which is actually kind of important in being
perceived as a good moderator. you can do a fantastic job behind the scenes, and literally no one will ever see it
because you're doing such a good job. if you add onto that by making angry posts at people, people tend to decide you must be doing a stuffty job.
ephi did a great job as mod, i'm sure, but i still didn't care for his attitude.
