I can't really think of a good one that's still alive except for KapHost

Get a better connection or a VPS. What you're trying to do is just like trying to run Max shaders on a toaster.

hosting on my own is not a good plan. I torrent, and play other huge games, and stream vids all day. I can't have my own comp do both Lol.
