It's simple science that we already have.

The only thing is that one shell costs more than the railgun by 40%.

The shells consist of two warp drives- one to warp matter out of the way as it travels down to center of the planet, and one warp generator to crush a large mass the size of a civil war ironclad down to the size of the very tip of a pin.

Technically you don't need a firing assembly, just proper mounts and super advanced guidance systems.

We'll reimburse the SE and replace them with proper apparati if still allowed.

Okay, your argument isn't providing anything. People will just send it with a 1,000 ships and blow up a whole loving planet. A whole planet. It is way too powerful, and I'm not going to allow something that powerful into my RP.
