It's broken. I tried changing mine last night and it didn't work. Betelgeuse also tried changing his and it didn't work. I've tried resizing as low as 73 x 73 with no luck. The file size is smaller than my old avatar so something really forgeted with it.

I changed mine to a gif today and it did change, but the motion was screwed up so I decided to go with a picture, but now it isn't working.
