the keyword is "forum" user though. anyone who plays the game and doesn't participate in the community and is objective (ex: bones4), would probably be fine as moderator.

i have a great idea

we should have a forum bot roll 5 numbers every week, and if those 5 numbers lead to a real profile, another dice is rolled to determine the ban reason, or to cancel the ban. if it doesn't land on a real profile then nobody is banned for that week.
