tuesday - tame the cobra

saturday - strangle the chicken

I biked a bit of a ways yesterday.

i can bench 135, squat 225, and clean 145. this makes me feel pretty good. :)))))

so te guy was on his back and the kid on top had his chin on the guys chest

The guy on bottom bridged so hard he lifted his entire upper body, and the other guys off the mat and pushed himself and the other guy out of bounds
