I was hanging out somewhere and heard this music, I had to record it so I did that. The music cam from Pac-Man Smash (Pac-Man Air hocky).
Where was I?: I was at Rule 3 and we saw a Pac-man zone so we went there and hung out. (We got a Pac-Pot on Pac-man Ticket-Mania and got 500 tickets.)

I didn't see Disney anywhere but his cartoon sure made it look like Disney Pac-Man.
