The easy thing is to assume he didn't realize that Rule 3 only exists in his home town, but part of me really wants to think that he's still at that age where you don't realize that there's a whole world outside of what you've seen, so he assumes all of us live in his hometown.

Yeah but what are the chances he's 6 and didn't want to be viewed as a 'little kid' so decided 11 would make him more 'grown up'? I didn't act like him when I was 11. Plus, there's some guy over in another topic pretending to be 18. Not that uncommon to boost your age.

Idk, a three year boost would get me legal to drink alcohol. I know a lot of people who pay a lot of money to have that 3 years added onto their age. Just sayin'.
