go to the BL Activation Email you got when you first bought it

copy the key

paste it into the bottom of the BL Main Menu (the Key button would open up the GUI)

Ignore this, since you have bought the game on steam you do not have a key.
Make sure your firewall isn't blocking Blockland, or check if any other applications that may be blocking it.
