I've got a friend called Mitch who we all call Mitch. However, I dont know if this is his first or last name. I know his other name is Bryan, but dont know what name that is.
Both Bryan Mitchell and Mitch Bryan are normal names, and I've known him too long to ask him what his name is.
George/Georgia, Georgie and Georgina.
