thanks dawg. colors have got to be the most difficult aspect for me

These look really awesome, wow.

I always assumed that these kind of pictures were done by people who basically were guru's and that I would never meet one. I guess I was way wrong. Unless you're a guru.

i readily look back on this and think of making deskop versions of these. i loved how it came out and really wish i rendered it in higher resolutions. who knows, im sure desktop versions will surface one day ;)

so heres all the progress ive made on a clients introduction, from start to what i have now:
i was given some very loosely constricted instructions on how to go about making this. they didn't care how it looked, just as long as it looked cool.

the first concept i came up with was having some explosion-y very flashy stylized intro. and whats more flashy and stylized than shockwaves? (IMAGE OF REFERENCE)

with some help from videocopilot and their awesome shockwave 3d stuff, i got to work on the effect:

about 4-5 hours in, i had some solid ground to work with:

unfortunately, this effect seemed too childish, and wasn't formal and business like enough, so the idea was scrapped and i started on a new concept, one that revolved more around something like this style. when we agreed that this was the theme we wanted, i started revising and came up with these few shots:

which leads me up to where i am now, animating:

thats all for now!

Looks pretty sweet! The job you're doing now is actually probably gonna be a large part of my career. :)

For the last three gifs, looks amazing, but maybe speed it up a tad? Or is that just the gifs being slow?

cant let my other projects die

just finished this scene for my cartoon. when i start animating on it ill fix up the colors more

That would make an awesome background. Also, those last animations are pretty awesome.

thx. if you'd like i can make it a background for you? id give it its proper colors (the color correction done for animation)

on top of all this stuff, ive also decided to make a kids book about an ecosystem for my science class:

Love dat turtle. Man, I gotta start making more stuff myself, I'm falling behind. XD

Also, do you have a Redbubble account? I probably want to follow you if you do.

thx yo :)

unfortunately no i dont have a redbubble account, but i am in the process of setting one up cus im interested

(never heard of it before)

also im gonna do something a little different: instead of uploading more image stuff, i wanted to also include my remixes (they qualify as digital art right?)
Montee - Butterfly Rising (m0dm4n Edit)
Kasger - Do You Like (m0dm4n Edit)

ive worked on these much more since their upload dates, im just really bad with keeping my soundcloud updated because music isn't really something i focus on much, i just like making something from time to time
