Would you watch my video's with an ad?

So here's the deal.

My mom is not making very much money to suit her needs. She can support me and my 3 siblings, but the bills she pays makes her wallet look as empty as Leonardo DiCaprio's Oscar cabinet. My dad is out of a job, and gets his money through disablity checks. This is due to the fact that he has PTSD after fighting in Iraq.

Basically, my family needs some support. I would like to be that support for them. So I want to place ads on future videos I make.

Problem is, most people find this a problem. Some people wont even watch a video cause it has an ad, and I'm not sure if you get money if the viewer has an ad-block of some sort.

So I ask, would you be able to tolerate my videos with an advertisement in front of it?

P.S. I try my best to avoid writing stuff like this because I know this will be used against me in the future, but I really need some help here.
