Pretty sure I know why the Baja bounces like that. It's because all of the wheels are powered. In the script you'll need to set the front two wheels to not be powered once an instantiation of the Baja has been added. This will fix your problem and make it more realistic in the process, because it won't be all wheel drive.

That actually helped the bounces alot. It's slightly bouncy however, and a tad worse around turns, but since you guys actually like it, I think I might keep it the way it is for now. Continue to suggest fixes if you must.
