addons aren't showing up in game?

so i recently installed the RTB megadump, and i took everything out of the folders and wanted to have fun and forget around a lil bit. i launched BL and went to create a server, chose custom, and when i got to the addons menu, none of the addons i installed were there.

can somebody help? i'm using blockland portable btw
