My main evidence here is what he said immediately after spawning, followed by nearly debilitating uncharacteristic lag that stopped the instant I banned him - so I'm going to just post the relevant console snippet.

All IPs other than Pineapple's and my own have been redacted. The lag started almost immediately after he said "k", and stopped at exactly the same time the first ban got through.

He's probably too dumb to do it correctly, and was just spamming a large amount of server commands that require a disproportionate amount of bandwidth or processing.

Like I said, pictures don't help validify anything, because 1.) they don't show that he was actually causing the server to slow down, and 2.) pictures don't ever actually help.

Alright then. All you have is a normal looking console log, the fact that he said "o yeay no admins" and "its a no admin party", and that you got some lag. C'mon dude, do you really think that's drama worthy. I don't think this guy did anything wrong. Any normal person would think the same thing.

I didn't get "some lag". I got lag heavy enough that I got kicked out of the REMOTE DESKTOP client - not the Blockland server - and the ban command took seven seconds to get through.

Okay, I'm sorry, I'll just go back in my time machine to record the lag. The drama was an after the fact warning, I was more concerned with actually getting him OFF THE SERVER than proving that he did it - and you're more concerned with proof which is easily falsifiable at best, to the point that pictures of fake chat can be made by a guy with a wrench.

Bottom line, if you don't believe me, don't ban him. Don't try to, in your words, "be get rep being dramawhore."
