I'd say you'd be alright. Might have lower frame rates, but nothing that will kill the experience. Just be careful around the oceans. That might be the biggest frame tank.
Otherwise, I don't see major problems

Jesus that card is a huge POS compared to your CPU. If this weren't a laptop I would recommend a GTX-750 because they're pretty ballin', decent performance and only draws from the PCI-E slot.

I have no idea what that means .-.

the 525m(laptop) is way better then the 260-desktop

i had a 330m on a older laptop. i could play bf3 on minimum with it.
so a 525m is not THAT stuffty. it can game.

Not to mention that console ports tend to be more CPU oriented than GPU. But having a weak model of either on a laptop is very bad because both are needed to put out their maximum or you're going to have a bad time. This is a problem with some ports which don't fully utilize one of them.

I doubt it, if so at lower settings.

Your CPU is miles ahead of your graphics card. It's a shame this is a laptop because you could upgrade the graphics card to an Nvidia GTX-750, which is a pretty decent card and it uses so little power it'll work in almost any somewhat modern computer.
