Lol sounds like a you problem. I bought the ArtSudio Pro app which I used to draw on for at least a year. Great program with a conductive stylus.

who the hell is Turcom anyways?
as far as i know that isn't Turcom's tablet, but HUION's. thing is that both Turcom and HUION sell the exact same tablet on amazon for extremely similar prices. i don't get it. i got the exact same tablet you have there (should arrive tomorrow actually) but i bought it off of HUION's amazon account because Turcom isn't a name anywhere on HUION's main website. glad you didn't get scammed though.
