So, first of all, it looks like it's not finished, besides it's really small. You should make more rooms on top of what you already have to show a bit more of what you can do.
From what I'm seeing, the furniture and decorations are good. I think you messed up the brick pattern somewhere near the entrance door, and overall, it has too much gray in it. You might want to recolor parts of the wall or some of the furniture to make it look less depressing.
I like how the place is modern looking inside but has a more antique style on the exterior. Also the ceiling is very nice, never seen that style before.
Another thing that I noticed is that you only did the front part of the exterior, you can see the interior walls on the side. You can either build an exterior on the sides or make a couple more buildings beside it to cover the interior portion.
I'm gonna say no for now because it's very small and looks like something that can be made with little time and effort. However, you're on the right track, so if you follow my advice (and maybe if another member sees this, follow theirs as well) your chances of getting accepted will be much higher! Regarding time, you can take as long as you want, there is no limit to submit your app; rushing things is never good :)
