So apparently I am a "Cyber Criminal" (Randsomeware)

I booted up my computer today just to play some cool games on steam when this window pops up I can't close out of.

It said I did something about I have done illegal acts and I'm a cyber criminal or something and then said if i wanted to unlock my computer I had to pay 300 bucks

I just used task manager to close it, but if it comes up again, I'll be sure to screenshot it.



I haven't downloaded anything on my PC that was suspicious, so I have no idea where it came from.

I downloaded avast right now to find out what it is. Usually I'm not stupid enough to get a virus but maybe my brother is since I'm letting him use my PC (Which he doesn't download anything at all so i doubt it was him)

edit: I'm also seeing some processes that have no folder location and gives me an error if I try to kill it
