/setlight command

I have been searching around the forums looking for the add on where you can type /setlight [chosen light]. I wanted this so I could use a police light for an Airport/Town Role Play that I am working on. I have found someone with this same suggestion but they said they found it. I would greatly appreciate a link to that if anyone has it. Thanks.

Advance Light on RTB. Find a RTB Megadump, download it, and find Advance Light.
