Too much dark trim and things inside. Light tans, greys, whites, and moderately bright colors are where it's at in a modern home like that. Also, I feel like the tree is out of place.

This right here.

basically this
plus i need bulletin boards or something all over so that i can just make a stuffload of lists because lists rule my life

but really i don't get the attraction of having a huge home. i would much rather have a nice apartment than a mansion.

How do you know he doesn't actually want to live in a dumpster
i would

I don't think ill design and build my own house until I married
I'd like open concept and I like a very Christmasy/cozy/log cabiny theme house like great room with fireplace as centerpiece and staircase then an open concept kitchen and dining

My neighbor has some glorious land that he might start selling and I would totally buy a plot but there are major obstacles I'd have to get pasted to consider buying it

here is where id like to live

here is where i will live

Is that Neuschwanstein or however it's spelled? That would be a sweet tour.

Phoenix has some loving awesome houses.
