and then recognized (preferably been around longer than ~200 posts) forumers would be allowed to join and construct within their own room.
the majority of the house could be public bricks or something so no one can go around spilling bricks in halls

Blockland Discussion
General Discussion is like a area to talk about servers, Blockland, and a kind of LAN Party setup, with Blockland on every computer, and every single addon developed (Except all the bad/OP ones).
Development could be Badspot's room with all the equipment needed (and more) to develop Blockland.
Suggestions & Requests is a mini room with a suggestion box. Someone with authority (like Badspot) can display them if he/she likes them, or trash/junk it if they don't like it.
Clan Discussion is a lot of rooms with the logo on the doors. You require a password/PIN to get in to each room. This may cause some mayhem though.
Gallery is like a art area. People can put up pictures of creations they've made in Blockland. There's a poster paper printer so you can make it big and put it in a large frame.
Help is like a live chat/phone chat help area. Addon developers, Blockland devs/pros and other people are here, and they help people with problems they have. Pretty simplistic, and not a scam in India.

EVERYTHING in Files/Archived Files is on a huge FTP server. It has a few terrabytes worth of space, and is on a fast network to get things.

Off Topic
Off Topic is like a general chat area. You can talk about anything, and I mean ANYTHING there. However, prepare to be argued with by the other residents... Also, this is kinda like the living room. Huge TV, lots of things like computers, consoles, etc.
Games is a huge LAN Party, Arcade, and gaming room with consoles. Has a lot of games on each PC, and a lot of old consoles and games to play.
Community Projects is like a huge area with lots of ta bles. It's kinda like a area for Dungeons & Dragons like things. Or just to roleplay. Whatever.
Creativity is like a DeviantArt area, but really good or really bad. Lots of artwork (picture frames and such), music (custom touchtunes with lots of space), and videos (TV with a external media server).
Drama is like court. Except, very different. Can't really describe this, but it's like court. People sue/report/do something to someone, others come and argue and do other things. They get banned by someone if it's bad enough, or others get banned for loving up.
