Lost my key that has low ID

Hi I lost my key and would be really nice to have back its ID is 26397 the key is lost to a lost email and the email domain name is no longer used ( if your wondering its centurytel.net) and that email was deleted to my dad switching internet service any help appreciated

I have been ignoring "I lost my key and can't access my email account" messages for years now.  I've probably ignored over 1000.  I just can't handle it.  There's no way to identify people accurately without their original email address and it's just not my responsibility to keep track of your magic number for you.  Also a good 5% of them haven't lost their key but are in fact future delinquents trying their first social engineering scam.

Why on earth for any reason would anyone want to use the stuffty given isp email addresses?
Are that many households in the world actually that new to the internet? I mean these people didn't already have an email address sometime during the last 3 decades?
