I can run pretty far but my reasting heart rate is like 110 (I take meds)
I have a lot of lower body strength but not so much upper strength

I used to be able to run really fast, I was athletic, but now the only thing I can do fast is eat and type.

ITS STAMINA GOD DAMMIT

unless you referring to resilience, which makes no sense then.
hey im trying to sound native at english here goddamit its called resistance in spanish

I am tall (so I am not a that fat comparable to my BMI(?), have good average looking leg muscles... but basically my body decides to dump all my fat in my stomach and I also have little moobs.

Oh and I can't even do a push up, believably because of my weight that is stopping me from doing it.

Basically this is me, expect the meds.

Whenever I run far/hard enough, my chest area starts to have sharp pains and sometimes my stomach area. I don't actually get tired, I stop running because my chest hurts.

I play in flag football and basketball leagues and play in pickup hockey games once a week. forget running though. There are other forms of athleticism than being able to run.

me neither. I actually never get tired of running. Its just that I will get pains in my side or my ankles will start to feel like acid

I'm not even the slightest bit athletic, but I'm fairly skinny. (Also on an unrelated note, oddly my heart rate is low enough for doctors to think I actively play sports)

I like to run and I have average strength

I'm not extremely athletic but I to exercise occasionally.

I've got a treadmill, A mountain bike worth 1,750$, 50lb, 25lb, and 15lb dumbell sets. Thats about it.

I had an adjustable dumbbell set that went from 5 to 52.5 lb, the movers stole it.

I used to be able to run really long but recently I've become a bit of a couch potato

I can do all other exercises and stuff like pullups and pushups with above average performance but I can't run for stuff

When I was seven, I was the fastest kid in my class because the teacher made us run a short lap around some lines outside every day.  I've never been fat or overweight in my life though, because I tend to not be prone to it.  When I was 11, I was only 86lbs.  When I hit my growth spurt, my weight increased by almost 50%.
