I wish the fighting would stop... but here's something for you guys to think about.
People who have failed at first and then ended up being successful.

Now I won't say for sure that Kally will actually go through with his own game and end up being better than Blockland.
But I do like to take a minute and think about the possible future that
could happen.
So... Pretend time passes by and Kally ends up actually releasing his game. We will pretend that is actually is a successful game. His game is better than Blockland, and his administration is less abusive and less corrupt.
And all of you guys who decided not to invest your love and support into Kally may lose out on the future. You can't invest your love into Badspot because Badspot hates you all and thinks everyone here looks like an ape using a banana computer built in the 1990's. You can't invest your support into Badspot because Badspot has already established himself. You've all already missed out on the developer days and the ability to say that you were fortunate enough to experience the days of v.8 or earlier. (I am v.8 btw <3)
And so however... In Kally's case, he's something new. You could invest your love and support for his game and get to be a part of the history of his game. Embrace creativity instead of being a conservative ass hole and support something that already exists.
Now in my own
personal opinion... I personally support Kally's ambitions for creating his own game. Under the justification of creativity, better administration, being a part of the history, and possible friendship with Kally. I havn't talked to Kally personally in a really long time. But that is mainly because I didn't have steam at the time and RTB didn't have a friends list yet. It was every rare while that I saw him.
Anyways... as for you conservative Blocklanders reading this and calling me a loving idiot for thinking this way and also posting on these very obscure social standard forums.... You guys sometimes forget that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Maybe some of you just escaped from China or North Korea. I have no idea what your current society has taught you about how to handle other people's opinions. But I grew up in a very liberal country called America. In this country Freedom of Speech is promoted instead of shunned by our peers.
Also you can't pull the "
forget your America! I am not American" stuff on me either. Because I am NOT American.
I simply grew up in America.
Back to what I was saying about pretending that Kally's project is successful...
IT MIGHT NOT BE, WHO KNOWS!?
It might ultimately bomb itself and fail miserably.
WHO KNOWS!?
Maybe you were right about Kally being an abusive cunt.
MAYBE, MAYBE NOT!
You might have invested your support into Kally and his game, but it failed like we all expected
WELL AT LEAST YOU TRIED!
Kally's game might have been successful.
MORE GAMES TO PLAY!
It's not like Blockland is going to suddenly die if Kally launches a good game.
You'll just have another game you can play!(So my main point if you don't feel like reading my wall of text)
- You don't know what the future holds.
- Be more open minded about things.
- Promote other people's creativity.
- Everyone has their own opinion.
- Conservative Blocklanders can go forget themselves!
