Just keep building, I suck as it as well. I have gotten better when I think of ideas of how to build something that I want to build. Just find ways of learning to build.

just google lego sets of castles and things, try to replicate or make inspired models of some of them

whenever i can't figure out how to make something, i just google a lego version of it
