WIP contemporary house - New Pictures

ill cut to the chase here, i haven't posted a gallery topic for a long time and for the past ~2 hours I've been working on this, it's still wip so i'd appreciate helpful constructive critisicm on the exterior or advice on the interior.
and im doing this on my laptop so don't expect soft shadows.

also from what I can see from your crappy screenshots, your colour use is very basic. Try throwing in some more colours.

I've tried adding different colors to the wall but they just make it really wierd looking.

Hey I think if you substitute vertical prints for the railings that could spice it up a bit :)

Otherwise the basic structure of the house is pretty good.

Odd, why would you use two different kinds of railings? In the first image the one on the left would probably suffice just as well
