Make sure you get something really infectious before going in.
Still sounds like a chest infection. I'm surprised the Doctor didn't pick up on that. Did they not listen to your chest while you breathed? Or did you say that your chest no longer hurt the moment the ear was unplugged?

And is your breathe wheezy?

Anyway, I'm sure you'll recover soon. I hope again that you get better quick.

Also my right ear has been plugged up for almost a week now and I can't hear well from that side of my head

This happened to me after I had a little fever,

It sucks but the ear plug will go away.
