Queeba is a dipstuff, on the forums and ingame. I just mainly ignore him and I havn't had problems for months (Handy tip, user blocker script for forums and client sided mute ingame)

it accurately portrays the way that they want their text to be read

at least for me

when i want people to read my text as a ramble i type in all lowercase and press enter every sentence or pause

When people suddenly put on caps lock like that, they're dramatically changing their volume mid-sentence. I don't know about you, but it makes sense to me.
