Chrome or Firefox in a rare situation.
Actually I just use Firefox to cheat on flash games with Cheat Engine because Chrome's too loving complicated and doesn't have plugin-container.

Pale Moon user here. For the uninvited, it's a Firefox fork especially optimized for newer processors, some UI changes and some pointless functions removed.
