Game Capture Card Needed

Okay, so for my 250, I've decided to get a capture card (and possible save some for games). Need ideas for capture cards.

Requirements for capture card

• Needs to record in 720p or 1080p
• Has to come with the required cables (none of that sold separately stuff)

VGX has some cards for like, 400 that come with everything needed to capture footage.
I'm pretty sure they cap at 1080, i could be wrong but my friend has his at 720.
