He is since BDX always blows his cover in a handicapped way, right now he's just talking about himself out of the blue which makes no sense.
Also the interest in Dead Rising. BDX makes a tribute video and BDX Speedo makes a thread. Oh and they both had their names in their avatar (Speedo removed it).
