Article seems like a load of bull, but the parents shouldn't act all entitled. On the other hand, a two-year-old can't be expected to understand right and wrong in this case.

even the father didn't know the rule set by the daycare, the two-year-old can't really be excepted to do anything. she was smart for putting it her pocket for later if you ask me.
