Drunk Russian - DDoS & admittance over steam

So Drunk Russian is back and at it again. He recent attacked my server for a couple minutes, enough to make everybody lag out.



I talked to Nal about it where he sent me logs of him admitting to Ike over steam. Russian then added me, these conversations followed:

So a cursory look at IP addresses suggests that "Drunk russian" is "Dezcaban" who is an alt of "Rookie"/'Asablief"

Have I seriously been banning / deactivating this same clown for 6 years now?

Are you planning on implementing some kind of flood protection for the challenge request processing? It can't be traced, so it doesn't work on a level high enough to be dealt with through torquescript. It's pretty annoying having to use a packet sniffer just to figure out the ip address of the spammer.
