No Daylight Saving in Argentina. :D

But ofcourse, this means during the winter, it is still night at 8:00 AM and it turns night at 6:00 PM.

What Daylight saving does is basically that. Save daylight to lower energy consumption in lighting. During the summer, the time is taken back an hour and during the winter, it is advanced an hour.
