How do I root my phone?

I have a Huawei Prism 2 that I need to root because... for no reason actually. I've looked up up, but I need to ask for some kind of unlock code that will unlock something. Anyways, how would I root my phone?

Because it's a waste of time going through a pointless process that you don't need to do? Seems like sound logic to me.

If you want to install a kernel or some sort of theme or whatever, then sure, otherwise if you're just doing it just to do it there's literally no point.

you need the correct drivers for your phone

rooting is completely harmless if you somehow manage to forget it up

Rooting is very simple, I've done it before. Google is your friend. You'll be wanting to install a custom ROM in your case, which is not too easy; but very handy once you do it as it unlocks your phone for use with different networks etc. I've only done it with android based phones though.
