I've never even heard of that company, I know you can reset it though. There might be a tool to flash it from fastboot

sounds like a boot loop. good luck with that. you need to flash a stock rom through ODIN. google for it. (the stock rom that is)

I had the same issue that op did with a soft brick
I tried flashing a 4.4 nightly with safestrap and forgeted it over, good thing though because they werent able to see that I had Superuser access because there was nothing on the drive B)

he can send it in too and HOPE TO GOD the apk didnt get installed on it
if they send it back he can try a bunch of random stuff to get it working. like installing back to stock by finding the rom online and using a flash tool

this thread though. i dont know about anyone else but this is the first time ive seen someone destroy their phone with root
it takes effort really
