When starting a server, when selecting the title, enable RTB. Next, in the admin menu, go to server options. Click the server preferences tab. Somewhere in there, there's an option for it. Hope I helped!

when your starting a server it gives you a little check bubble and if you check the bubble (it says Enable RTB beside it) then go to the admin menu, click the green button that says server preferences and go to preferences, then click on renderman kills players and it'll un-check renderman kicks

Unfortunately I don't have the renderman mod, but you could search inside the .zip for server.cs or anything.cs and look for anything around the lines of $Pref:: and check such lines, and there must be something about kill players that is like $Pref::killblablabla = 1; , copy that line paste in console and replace 1 with 0. Alternatively you'll want to extract the .zip, modify the 1 to 0 and then compress it again so you don't have to do it everytime you start the server.

Just get RTB then. Many many add-ons use rtb prefs and that's not gonna change anytime soon, so if you're hosting, get rtb for both the prefs and the admin controls.
