Are there any add-ons that can do this?

Hey, so I'm making a server (not telling category, it's secret), and I don't know where I should start to search for these add-ons. I don't know the names and stuff. So, can you guys link me to some add-ons that do these specific things:
-Damage to the VEHICLE when it crashes into another vehicle
-Kill on exit vehicle (INSTANT, no timer)
-Cinematic camera that all players can use
If it doesn't exist, it's fine

Such an add-on does not exist. You'll have to script it.

I believe Furdle has improved vehicle physics on his server, making vehicles damaged when they collide (with different variations of damage depending on force) and they don't have the default "BAWMP" sound when they collide. But I doubt he'd give it to you.
