Why do we make dramas about people?

of course rule of thumb is if you want to alert people of a person who is generally a troublemaker or is rude you'd probably have some sort of an incentive to create a drama for information's sake

but also badspot said or stated in the rules kinda that drama is a place where when one has beef with someone and they can't contain it in, for example, when someone is being rough and tumble wherever they are, it's the best place to contain it so it doesn't flood up a topic about tap water or something

I facepalmed at the title but I guess it is a legit question.

There are two "subcategories" to drama that all LEGIT topics are based off.

1) Warn other users about a problem player so they can keep an eye out.
2) Retaliation at enemies both old and new after a squabble.
