I need some paintball battle tips.
Quickly, I'm leaving soon.
First time playing paintball. It's indoors.

Wear like 5 layers of clothes

Grazes hurt worse than direct hits

Don't just wildly shoot everywhere, and take as much advantage of hiding places as you possibly can.

If you need to move around do it quickly

Get a friend to provide supressive fire as you rush in quickly

They will be hiding from the bullets and won't expect you to come bursting in guns blazing

Place your shots carefully and step lightly but quickly

Always remember to use "mercy" when possible. If you don't know what this is, basically when you come up behind someone on the other team, and they are not aware of you, you yell "mercy!" and they can stand up and leave the game. If they turn around to try and gun you down, you freakin blast them to kingdom come

Move and coordinate as a team, none of this call of duty lone wolf bullstuff. Keep sitreps of where you are moving and where the targets are at all times. Maybe get some hand signals established before hand so you can communicate without using your voice

Suppress the enemy. You have to have one base fire team, that keeps the enemies' heads down. Take an assault team and flank them. Its all about the flanking. Pro tip- play Brothers in Arms- Road to Hill 30 and you will learn.

Don't get shot, stay covered.

the gas tank of the gun is a terrible stock and makes the gun weighted awkwardly but it'll have to suffice

use your psychic powers to dodge other people's shots

Stay with your team and make strategies. As others have said use suppression fire as you move. Once the round begins, immediately get your team to push hard. You will win if you don't let the other team move, and if they pin you down it is over. Wear layers, it gives a better chance of hit bouncing off you and not breaking, thus keeping you in the game.

You are going to be scared of getting shot the first time. Then once you get shot you will realize it isn't as bad as you think. Unless you get shot in the nuts, that stuff hurts regardless.
