chevy obviously has the good looks on lock, dodge does too, i think its been like that for quite a while. GM/Chevies just dont loving quit for me, weve got so many loving 70s and 80s chevies siting out in our shopyard that still run just fine. i dont have any experience with fords except for two f150s both equally horrible in their stereotypical nature. they're also out there.

My father has had pretty good luck with GMC.
He bought a used GMC Jimmy I believe '96, nothing wrong with it.
We had driven it up steep hills, in ditches, pretty much abused it, and nothing broke on it, except the rear axle, but thats because one year it was pouring rain, and the truck got stuck inside a ditch and it got hit pretty hard.
Just recently the transmission broke, can't go in reverse/first gear, but that broke after aprox. 100k+ miles, I'd say its a suprise that it lasted that long.
It's still driveable today, only thing wrong is the transmission.

OT: A maroon color would look nice on it, that or a silver/gray.

It's like somebody just slapped a vinyl on it and called it a day. It's like they didn't even try.

Either way, paint the car pink with neon green pinstripes.
