Bright glow graphic glitch - Please help!

Hey guys!
I've got this weird "Graphic" glitch in Blockland. It's not only in Blockland but in Minecraft aswell.
What it does it that it makes it look like some of the sides of bricks, models and even players have the "Glow FX" paint can fx on it.
I'm running Xubuntu, Linux. My PC is freshly installed and no viruses so far (Running Avast, AVG and Ad-Aware). Can anyone help me?

This is either a driver issue or hardware failure.

Umm, I don't really know how to fix it. Could you tell me it more specific how to fix it? :C

You should look up the manufacturer of your graphics card and try their support forum.

This happens from using the nouveau or radeon driver under Linux in my experience. Install the proper proprietary drivers, be it nvidia-current or fglrx.
