how does a 14 year old get a job/make money

i just want to make money online, and i dont really have anything i could sell in the span of 3 weeks.

i want to make $50 as soon as possible, i can save up for five weeks but im not really up to that

Look up the working laws of your state if possible. Ask your guidance counselor for working papers, fill them out, make a résumé, and apply for a job at anywhere cheap, such as your local supermarket. Don't expect a great job, though.

Most places will not hire you until you are at least 16. Many places will not hire unless you are 18.

The issue I see is that you're looking for a job to make $50-- that's hardly anything. Even working part time your paychecks are going to be four times that. If $50 is all you need, I'd see if you can get it from someone you know. Wash your parents cars, mow the lawn, and help out more than you usually do. A job doesn't make sense for you.
